Olive Oil Briochettes

   In a food processor bowl, add flour, sugar, salt.

   Add the yeast diluted in the milk and olive oil. Knead for 2 minutes.

   Put the dough on a plastic sheet and let stand for 1 hour at room temperature.

   Deflate, and let rise for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

   Divide the dough, and form 8 balls. Place in small flats.

   Let rise at room temperature until they double in volume (about 1 hour).

   Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

   Before baking, brush an egg yolk diluted water.

   Sprinkle with sugar and sesame seeds.

    Bake for 15 minutes, until well browned.
