Ingredients: 1 large chicken breast; 1/2 cup olive oil; 1/2 cup hot water; 1/2 tbsp italian seasoning; 1/2 tbsp minced garlic; 1 stick of butter; 1/2 tsp minced garlic; 6 slice of bacon, crumbled; 1 1/2 tbsp flour; 1/2 cup parmesan cheese; 2 cup heavy milk; 2 cup milk; 1/4 tsp pepper; 1/4 tsp salt; 1 lb linguini; 1 1/2 tbsp parmesan cheese; 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella; 1 tsp minced garlic; 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley

1 large chicken breast
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 tbsp italian seasoning
1/2 tbsp minced garlic
1 stick of butter
1/2 tsp minced garlic
6 slice of bacon, crumbled
1 1/2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 cup heavy milk
2 cup milk
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 lb linguini
1 1/2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley

whisk ingredients 2-5 together and place in bag with chicken

refrigerate chicken for at least 30 minutes

cook the pasta while making sauce

for the sauce:

melt stick of butter in a large saucepan over medium heat

add a garlic and bacon bits

saute for 5 minutes stirring frequently

add the flour, parmesan cheese, heavy cream, milk, pepper and salt.

Whisk together.

bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and bring to a simmer.

in a large bowl combine the parmesan, mozzarella, garlic and parsley.

in a large skillet cook the chicken until done.

cut into pieces.

add the cut chicken into the sauce mixture, and let it simmer for about 3 minutes

place pasta in large serving bowl and pour the sauce over the pasta

add in the parmeasn, mozz, garlic and parsley mixture, and mix together
