Old Fashioned Sugar Cookies

   Preheat oven to 425u00b0.

   Mix flour and shortening (like you would for pie crust).

   Mix eggs, sugar and flavoring together. Mix soda, baking powder, cream of tartar and milk together.

   Pour this into the egg mixture.

   Pour this mixture into the flour and shortening mix.

   Knead lightly on a floured board.

   Roll thin; cut out.
