1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. finely shredded cabbage
1/2 c. diced pimiento
1/3 c. stuffed green olive slices

Thoroughly mix gelatin, sugar and salt.

Add boiling water and stir to dissolve gelatin, then add cold water, vinegar and lemon juice.

Chill until partially set.

Now add cabbage.

For easy shredding, have cabbage refrigerator cold.

Pour into an 8 1/2 x 4 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan. Chill the salad mold until firm.
