Combine cocoa, sugar and milk in saucepan.

Remove ingredients from sides of pan before cooking.

When mixture begins to get hot, add margarine, stirring constantly.

After mixture has boiled up in the pan and gone back down, begin testing

for doneness by dropping a few drops of fudge mixture in cool water. When you can make a ball from the mixture, then remove pan from heat.

pour the mixture in. Add a teaspoon of vanilla to each platter.

Let set for about 5 minutes.

Beat each platter with upward strokes to allow cooling. Beat until mixture loses shine and will hold shape when dropped by teaspoonfuls on waxed paper.
