Old Fashion Potato Soup

   Wash and peel potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes.

   In large pot put potatoes, 2 quarts water and bring to boil until potatoes are done.

   Keep boiling and add butter.

   Mix cornstarch in the 6 ounces whole milk.

   Add to 1 quart milk and add this mixture to potatoes. Bring to hard boil, stirring until thick.

   Add salt and pepper to taste.
