Oatmeal Refrigerator Shortbread Cookies

   Mix together first 3 ingredients, then add flour, salt and oats.

   Divide dough in half and shape each half into a roll about 1 1/2-inches in diameter.

   Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and chill 1 hour or longer.

   Slice 1/4-inch thick and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.

   Bake for 12 to 13 minutes at 350u00b0. Makes 4 dozen.
