Ingredients: 1 c. (2 sticks) margarine, softened; 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar; 1/2 c. granulated sugar; 2 eggs; 1 tsp. vanilla; 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour; 1 tsp. baking soda; 1 tsp. ground cinnamon; 1/2 tsp. salt; 3 c. oatmeal; 1 c. raisins

Heat oven to 350u00b0.

Beat margarine and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.

Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.

Add to margarine mixture, mixing well.

Stir in oats and raisins; mix well.

Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes until brown.

Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack.

Cool completely.
