Combine brown sugar, melted butter, egg whites, and vanilla. Stir until just mixed. In another bowl, combine flours, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.

Once oats are soft, combine all three mixtures and stir until just mixed.

Divide into 6 greased muffin tins and bake for about 14 minutes at 375 degrees F, or until it passes the toothpick test.

Turn the muffins out of the pan and let cool on wire rack.

While muffins are cooling, beat together softened butter, powdered sugar, and Nutella, until a smooth frosting forms. Make sure the powdered sugar doesn't overpower the taste of the Nutella - add extra Nutella if it does! Frost onto cooled muffins.
