1 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1 c. milk
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. oil
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. oats
2 Tbsp. brown sugar

Place oats and milk in bowl and let stand for 30 minutes.

Stir in brown sugar, oil and egg into soaked oats.
