Add sifted flour, cinnamon, salt and soda.

Mix well. Roll into small balls (approximately 1 teaspoon dough) and roll in sugar.

Cover glass with cheesecloth on bottom and dampen and press cookies down in pan.

Bake at 375u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes (moderate oven).
