1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. chopped nuts
2 large eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 pkg. chocolate chips
