1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. quick oatmeal
1 c. Angel Flake coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream together Crisco, granular sugar and brown sugar; add 2 well beaten eggs, vanilla and butter flavoring.

Then add flour, blended with soda and salt; mix together.

You may immediately bake these cookies by dropping them onto the cookie sheet, or they can be rolled in wax paper and chilled.
