1 c. shredded carrots
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda

1 egg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. raisins
vegetable cooking spray

In large bowl, cream together margarine, brown sugar and white sugar; blend in egg.
