1 c. quick oatmeal
1/4 lb. margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. flour

Mix boiling water, oatmeal and margarine together. Let stand until margarine melts.

Add brown sugar, white sugar and eggs. Sift soda, cinnamon, salt and flour together.

Add to mixture and bake 35 minutes at 350u00b0 in 8 x 12-inch loaf pan.
