Oatmeal Applesauce Cookies

   Preheat oven to 325u00b0F and prep a large baking sheet.

   In a large bowl, add rolled oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Whisk to combine.

   In a separate bowl, add butter, applesauce, vanilla extract and maple syrup. Whisk to combined and then add to dry ingredients. Stir the mixture until just combined.

   Scoop dough into 12 even balls on to the baking sheet. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until slightly golden.

   Allow cookies to cool before serving.
