instructions to make burgers:

combine in a large bowl-ground sirloin, 2 dashes of worsteshire sauce, already perpared garlic paste, seasoning salt and black pepper to taste. with your hands, stir of all the ingredients and begin to make 8 to 10 patties.

filling for burgers:

thinly slice queso fresco cheese and roughly chop the drained green chilies (make sure to remove seeds if necessary)

begin to grill the burgers 7 minutes on each side. lightly brush olive oil on to the sliced sourdough bread and grill 2 minutes on each side.

begin to build the burger by spreading dijon mustard onto the grilled bread slices. then add a tomato slice or two and a slice or two of red onion on top of the burger. make sure you press down on the burger. slice the burger in half and enjoy!!

with your finger, make a slit in the center of each burger and pack to your liking the queso fresco cheese and the green chilies. once that is completed, reshape the patties in preparation for grilling.

slice, sesaon with seasoning salt and black pepper to taste, and set the yellow tomato and red onion aside.
