   1. dissolve salt and yeast in water.

   2. add milk and oil.

   3. add liquid mixture to flour, mix.

   4. add white wine until mixture holds together, then knead until smooth.

   5. preheat oven and pizza stone to 500 degrees.

   6. roll out the dough on a floured board, stretch into pizza shape.

   7. assemble pizza toppings to taste, place on heated stone.

   8. bake 7-10 minutes.

   this dough also freezes well. after step 4, place it in a sealed container. when ready to use, allow the dough to thaw, then sit at room temperature for one hour before rolling.
