Not Your Usual Sausage Balls

   Allow sausage to come to room temperature for ease of mixing.

   Finely mince the jalapenos.

   Combine everything in a large mixing bowl and mix with your hands (gloves help!).

   Form into small, walnut-sized balls.

   Place the balls on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until golden and brown.

   Serve warm.
