Not Your Ordinary Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

   Preheat oven to 350F

   In a large bowl cream butter and both sugars.

   Add peanut butter, egg and vanilla.

   Cream together for 4 minutes.

   Add flour and baking soda.

   Beat on low for 1 minute or until completely mixed.

   Fold in mini chocolate chips.

   ( add more if u like more chocolate)

   Drop by heaping tablespoon onto parchment lined cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.

    Bake 8-12 minutes or until dessired doneness..

    Let cool on baking sheet for 3 minutes or until they firm up then transfer to wire rack for cooling.
