2-1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips
1 (4 oz.) Hershey Bar, grated
1-1/2 cup walnuts
pecans, chopped
