Norma'S Basic Pizza Dough

   Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.

   Add a dash of sugar. Meanwhile in large bowl, combine flour, salt and oil.

   Mix with wooden spoon.

   Add yeast and mix thoroughly, adding warm water as needed until the mixture becomes sticky.

   Let rise until double in bulk.

   Separate dough in oiled pans patting and stretching with hands (you need to put oil on dough too to help you work with it without sticking too much to hands).

   Once you get the hang of it, it's not as complicated as it sounds!
