Ingredients: 2 lb. boneless veal; 1/4 c. oil; 1 c. chopped celery; 2 small onions; 16 oz. tomato sauce; 2 tsp. sugar; 1 1/2 tsp. paprika; 8 oz. pkg. egg noodles; 1/4 c. parsley flakes; 1/2 c. water

Cube veal.

In a large skillet cook veal in oil.

Slice onions into rings.

Add celery and onions to veal.

Cook until crisp-tender.

Add tomato sauce, water, sugar, paprika and salt. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.

Cook noodles and drain.

Spoon veal mixture over noodles.
