Noodle Casserole – a delicious recipe with noodles, cream of mushroom soup, milk, grated sharp, olives, parsley. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Servings: persons

1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar
3/4 c. chopped olives
3 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 c. chopped onions
salt and pepper to taste
1 can chicken chow mein noodles
2 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. slivered almonds (optional)

Cook noodles and drain.

Brown hamburger lightly in skillet. Add onions, salt and pepper.

Blend soup and milk until smooth. In casserole dish, put layer of noodles and cheese.

Sprinkle parsley and meat mixture.

Repeat layers.

Pour soup mixture over top.

Bake at 350u00b0 for 50 minutes.

Remove and top with chow mein noodles and almonds.

Brown 15 to 20 minutes.
