   Stiff together flour and salt, add water and eggs, beat smoothly and add melted butter.

   Drop 1/2 tsp dumpling batter into 3 quarts boiling salted water, let cook.

   After they rise to the top let them boil about 5 minutes.

   Drain, pour in a glass bowl and add 2 Tbsp melted butter to prevent sticking.
