   Put all ingredients in crock pot and stir.

   For best results turn crock pot on low for 6 to 8 hours.

   Using the high setting for a shorter period does cook the meat but its not nearly as tender as if you cooked it on low for a longer period of time.

   I love the gravy as is, or you can thicken it up or spice it up however you like.

   My family enjoys this stew over basmati rice with a side veggie.
