In a large bowl combine whole wheat flour, sugar, seasonings and yeast.

Beat 3 minutes at medium speed with an electric mixer.

Stir in the all-purpose flour by hand to form a stiff dough.

Let rise 45 to 60 minutes or until doubled in size.

Punch down dough (punch fist into middle) and place in a 4 1/2 x 8 1/2 x 2-inch loaf pan that has been spryaed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 375u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes until golden brown.
