No Bake-Oatmeal Cookies(Preacher Randy'S Favorite)

   Mix sugar and cocoa, then add milk and margarine in heavy saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to boil and cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Start timing when boiling begins.

   Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla. Mix until all melted, then add oats. Drop onto wax paper and let cool.

   Enjoy.
