Once melted, stir in the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and salt, then stir in 1 cup of the peanut butter. Mix until well-combined. Spread the mixture into your prepared pan, and chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.

Melt the chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon peanut butter. You can heat it in a saucepan over very low heat, or heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring between each additional 30 second increment and continuing until smooth.

Spread the chocolate evenly over the peanut butter. Put the dish into the refrigerator and chill for at least one hour. Cut into bars and enjoy! Note: These are best served chilled. They start to get a bit messy when they come to room temperature!
