Nicotine Sandwich

   Heres the way Ive been eating it ... and I seriously cant stop cause Im addicted.

   Hence the name nicotine sandwich.

   For me it should actually be called caffeine sandwich.

   Or, grapefruit-martini-that-my-husband-makes sandwich.

   I use whole wheat bread and spread a little mayo on one slice.

   Then I take half of a really ripe avocado and mash it on the other slice of bread.

   Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on the avocado side.

   Then I add a few slices of good aged cheddar, some cucumber, and a handful of my favorite chips.

   Start putting chips on your sandwiches!
