2 eight ounce pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp grated lemon rind
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 eggs separated
Topping
1 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Prepare graham cracker crust in spring form pan or use premade crusts

Blend softended cheese and sugar in mixer

Add cinnamon, vanilla, lemon rind, and juice mixing well

Add egg yolks one at a time beating well

Beat egg whites till stiff
