New Mexico Style Red Chile Sauce

   Bring to boil chile pods, cook 2 miuntes, and simmer 3 minutes.

   Drain water and put in blender and add garlic,and salt.

   To that add 4 cups of water or to cover 2 inches above the pods.

   Blend for a full 2 1/2 minutes.

   Sift to remove the sauces.

   Will keep in refrigerater for 7 days.
