   For each serving: Prepare 1 pouch Macaroni & Cheese as directed on package.

   Meanwhile, combine 3 oz.

   meat and 1 Tbsp.

   peppers.

   Spread macaroni and cheese onto 1 tortilla; top with meat mixture, 2 Tbsp.

   tomatoes and 2 oz.

   CHEEZ WHIZ; fold in half.

   Cook on oiled 350 degrees F griddle 1 min.

   on each side or until quesadilla is golden brown on both sides and filling is heated through.

    Cut into wedges to serve.
