Ingredients: 3 small handfull of pasta; 1/2 stick Celery (opt); 1/2 Green sweet pepper; 4 black olives cut in half; 2 tbsp Mayonaise; 2 tsp Cider Vinegar; 1/4 small Onion chopped; 1/2 tsp Smokey sea salt or just sea salt; 1 tsp Dried Dill Weed; 1 large Tomatoe chopped; 1/4 of a Roasted red peper; 1/4 Cucumber about 6 slices cut up small; 1/4 tsp italion seasoning; 1 tbsp parmesan cheese grated

Servings: persons

3 small handfull of pasta
1/2 stick Celery (opt)
1/2 Green sweet pepper
4 black olives cut in half
2 tbsp Mayonaise
2 tsp Cider Vinegar
1/4 small Onion chopped
1/2 tsp Smokey sea salt or just sea salt
1 tsp Dried Dill Weed
1 large Tomatoe chopped
1/4 of a Roasted red peper
1/4 Cucumber about 6 slices cut up small
1/4 tsp italion seasoning
1 tbsp parmesan cheese grated

INGREDIENTS

Strain off the cooked pasta and rinse with cold water

Cut up all the other ingredients small

In a bowl add all the chopped ingredients and Pasta

Add the dill and mix and the cider vinegar and mix all together

Add the Sea salt or smoked sea salt, and the mayonaise and mix with a spoon all together

Sprinkle on top italion seasoning , mix then add all the mix into a serving bowl and sprinkle the cheese all over the top.

Keep it in the fridge until you are ready to serve.
