Ingredients: 1 enough to fill 2 smal ricebowls Plain cooked rice; 80 grams Chicken; 1 dash bit of each Onions, Shiitake mushrooms, Spinach, etc.; 1 tbsp Butter; 2 tbsp Cake flour; 200 ml Milk; 2 Soup stock cubes; 1/2 can Canned whole tomatos; 4 tbsp Shredded cheese for pizza (easily meltable); 2 tbsp Mayonnaise; 1 Panko

80 grams Chicken
1 dash bit of each Onions, Shiitake mushrooms, Spinach, etc.
1 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Cake flour
200 ml Milk
2 Soup stock cubes
1/2 can Canned whole tomatos
4 tbsp Shredded cheese for pizza (easily meltable)
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 Panko

Put butter in a pan and cook the chicken (cut into bite-sized pieces), onion, and other vegetables (whatever vegetables you like).

Sprinkle in the flour and continue to cook, but be sure not to let it burn.
