In a double boiler, and when the water starts to boil, put in the top pot the condensed milk and the chocolate bar in pieces until it melts.

Whisk the egg whites until they hold stiff peaks, then transfer the chocolate cream in the eggwhites and with gentle movements stirr them together.

Fill the pyrex with the chocolate mousse and bake for 20-30 minutes until the filling raises and the side crust turns golden.
