My Rum Toffee Pineapple Bake.

   Cut the top ,bottom and cut down to take the outside coating off

   Using a sharp knife slice into rings

   Then cut out the core in the middle

   In an oven proof dish layout the pineapple rings

   ADd the Sugar, lastley add the Rum and mix all together

   Cover the pinapple all over with the mix.. cover with foil

   Cook on 200, or gas 8 for 30 minutes , then take out turn all the pineapple over and make sure there coated.

   Then back in the oven for a further 3--45 mins.

   Take the foil off for the last 15 minutes.7

    Drain off the sauce and put it in a jug, when its cooled it will be a little thickerto pour a little over your Ice Cream .Gorgeous served with Vanilla Ice Cream, and Rum juice poured over .
