1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 cup sliced button mushroom
1 teaspoon dried thyme
salt and pepper
1 cup vegetable broth
2 teaspoons cornstarch
