My Favorite Casserole – a delicious recipe with hamburger, celery, cream of chicken, salt, Cheddar cheese, onion. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. celery
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. onion
1/4 c. green pepper
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. rice, cooked
bread crumbs (optional)

Brown hamburger with onion, celery and green pepper. Combine soup, milk, salt and cooked rice in a saucepan.

Cook until well mixed. Remove from heat and add cheese, stirring well.

Combine with hamburger and put into casserole dish, topping with bread crumbs if desired. Bake at 350u00b0 for 30 minutes.
