Ingredients: 1 lb Lean ground beef; 1 medium Onion; 1 clove Garlic; 14 oz Can diced tomatoes; 2 cup Chopped green peppers; 15 oz Can tomato sauce; 3 cup Beef broth; 1/2 tsp Oregano; 1/2 tsp Basil; 1 cup Cooked rice

In a large skillet, brown ground beef along with onion and garlic.
