My Egg Bake With Chorizo

   Crack the eggs and pour in a mixing bowl and whisk for 2 mins then add milk and salt &I pepper to taste

   Cut up the ham into small pieces

   Cut the slices of black pudding into cubes and add to the Egg mix

4. 4

   Add tomato cut into small pieces add it to the Egg mix

5. 5

   Cut up the chorizo and add to the Egg

6. 6

   Grease an oven dish with Butter add the mix to it and bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes

   Take out sprinkle cheese on sprinkle some Worsestershire sauce on top and put back in for 5 mins until the cheese is done melted and a little brown
