My Dad'S Barbecue Sauce – a delicious recipe with celery, onions, garlic, butter, lemons, cider vinegar. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

1 bunch celery
4 medium onions
1 garlic clove
1 stick butter
juice of 4 lemons
2 c. cider vinegar
1 gal. ketchup
1 (2 oz.) bottle Tabasco sauce
1 (5 oz.) bottle Worcestershire sauce
3 c. sugar

Chop celery, onions and garlic in food processor until very fine.

Saute in butter until tender.

Add lemon juice and vinegar and mix well.

Add ketchup, Tabasco sauce and Worcestershire sauce.

Bring to boil and continue to cook on low for a few minutes.

Add water to thin if you like.
