1/4 Crispy Romain Lettuce
3 Cherry tomatoes cut in half
2 Whole fresh grown Beetroot sliced thin
1 tbsp Of Sweet corn
1 small squeeze of fresh Lemon
10 Breaded cooked mushrooms
1/4 Yellow Sweet Pepper
1 tbsp Grated Cheese
1 Squeeze of lemon for the mayonaise
