In a saucepan, whisk together water and sugar,make sure sugar is melted.

Heat the mixture and let it boil.

Pour mixture in a 9' deep dish pan or in any type of moulder pan that you like.

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until soft and fluffy.

Then pour condensed milk and evaporated milk and vanilla, mix well until combined.

Transfer the mixture to the dish pan with caramelized sugar.

Use roasting pan when you bake the flan , put some water in the roasting pan ( just enough.. at least half filled) and then put the dish pan with the mixture.
