Boil the potatoes until soft

Steam the Cauliflower until cooked

Using half the Grated Chedder Cheese add to a small saucepan and add 1 quatre of Milk stir when boils turn down and simmer for 3 mins.

Or use a Cheese sauce mix about a quatre of a cup.

Mash the potatoes in a little butter

Pour cheese sauce into a jug and keep until later.

Add the cooked Cauliflower to an ovenproof dish and mash in the cheese sauce and Garlic Granuals with a fork, then add the mashed potatoes on top.

Add the Mash Potatoe over the top of the Cauliflower Cheese, dig ridges on top of the mash.

Then cover the Top in a little grated Mozzerella Cheese.

Put into preheated oven 170 or gas 6 for 10 - 15 minutes until all browned and crisp on top .
