My Carrot Crispies as

   Peel the carrots, then with the potatoe peeler dig in and shave carrot peices

   Heat up the oil so its very hot if you use a deep fryer its 180-190 C

3. 3

   Drop a few in at a time for 2-3 minutes

4. 4

   Take out and lay on kitchen roll to soak up excessive oil

5. 5

   Drain then add toa serving dish

6. 6

   Sprinkle on salt , pepper or a little garlic salt
