Mustard Lovers Potato Salad

   Peel potatos and dice into bite sized peices.

   Put potatos in pot of water and set on medium high heat to boil.

   While potatos are cooking, cook and crumble your bacon and reserve 2 tbsp of bacon grease.

   Chop the eggs, celery and onion and set aside.

   Stir cayenne pepper into mayountil well blended.

   When potatos are cooked to soft add bacon, grease, mustard, mayo, chopped items and as much salt and pepper as you like.

   Chill in fridge for at least 1 hour, 2 hours will alow the flavor to blend better.

   Optional: You can add more mayo if you like your salad a little creamier.
