Mustard-Honey Chicken

   Cut the chicken breast into 4 slices and season with salt.

   In a bowl combine mustard and honey, stir well until ingredients are combined.

   Dip the chicken breast into the mustard sauce and let them marinate for at least 20 minutes.

   Grease a skillet with avocado oil and grill the chicken with its marinade until meat is completely cooked.

   Serve with your preferred side of veggies.
