Mustard Cream Dip. – a delicious recipe with olive oil, Onion, White Wine, Black Pepper, Mustard, Wholegrain Mustard. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Put oil in a deep pan (I use a wok) and heat.

Drop in the mince and onion stir until meat changes colour and onions are half cooked.

Sprinkle in Black pepper and stir.

Make a whole in the middle of the meat and pour in the white wine or white wine vinager when it boils reduce the heat and cook and stir for about 10 mins.

Then add the lemon juice..

Add the peppers and stir then the Dijon mustard and stir also the wholegrain mustard.

Stir it all for 5 mins.

Lastley pour in Cream and stir , it will be a light colour.

Then add tomatoes and da little salt to taste.

Transfer sll the mixture into a roasting dish about 3 inches depth cook in oven on a medium heat for 20 mins take it out sprinkle the cheese all over the top and put it back in for 5 mins.

Take out and it makes a lovely tasty dip for your tortillas, and or even fries on the side.
