In a skillet heat olive oil, once the the pan with the oil is hot add onions, mushrooms and sausage season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Grease your baking dish and place the Pillsberry piecrust inside.

Add your sausage, mushroom & onion mixture inside the pie crust then sprinkle generously with cheddar and Parmesan cheese.

In a separate bowl crack the 6 eggs and sprinkle with coriander, nut Meg, and cayenne and add the half and half whisk everything together.

Pour the egg mixture into the piecrust over the sausage mushroom and onions.

Give it a little jiggle so everything can set into place then sprinkle the top with more Parmesan and cheddar cheese.

Bake on 400F for 40 minutes.
